These service agreements take precedence over these general Terms of Service where applicable.

• Payment terms are defined in your service agreement or proposal • We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed methods • Late payments may incur additional charges • Services may be paused for non-payment • Refunds are handled according to individual agreements

**Our Content**: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iDigitGroup Ltd. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written consent.

**Your Content**: You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

**Deliverables**: Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, work product created specifically for you becomes your property upon full payment.
